The motor doesn’t fit and it’s the same number stamped on it just like the one we have that is broken so unsure what the issue is. I called a gentleman on the phone number you have listed and he offered to refund me if I sent it back but it’s not worth the hassle of shipping. I had contacted Beko prior to placing my order (I think it was the same guy I spoke with today) and gave them the product number, model number, etc and that guy stated none of the numbers worked. So I looked on my own and found the 5799890200 matched the same number on our broken motor, but when that one arrived last week it didn’t fit. Unsure why the issue, but when I called customer service today he said most of the time you have to hire someone to install these parts. What a joke! Will never, ever recommend BEKO to anyone. This is the most terrible customer service I have ever received on a product. Very sad.
