I inquired about a dishwasher part a few times direct to Beko to find out it’s no longer available. But yet I found it on the website of Encompass who said they no longer stocked the item. and now do not need it and am unable to return it because it was less than $10 according to their policy. Encompass was where You(Beko) referred me for the part. I gave all the information you requested model,serial,stock numbers and got a real run-around. I would like a refund.
I would rate my service as zero if I could.
